• Convenient Sign-Up Options: You can sign-up in our hospital or in the comfort of your own home.

Add-on Options:

• Flea, Tick, Heartworm Prevention
• Spay or Neuter Procedure including preoperative blood work
• Dental Cleaning including preoperative blood work and full-mouth dental radiographs

What is Not Included in a Snout Wellness Plan?

• Emergency Exams, Urgent Care Exams and Hospitalization
• Diagnostics outside of the plan (i.e. Eye or skin testing, chest radiographs, etc.)
• Medications
• Microchip
• Collar or cone
